12.01.2022 This week HEQ Crane Diesel & Gas is celebrating Women in Mining. Meet Sharnie, Courtney and Chantel, some of the women contributing to our success. Sharnie Brunjes is our human resources manager and our health, safety and environmental coordinator, overseeing all things HR and HSE. Sharnie manages the recruitment and onboarding of new employees and sub-contractors, as well as our compliance with all of our clients for various sites. Sharnie ensures we are meeting our HSE requ...irements in our workshop and on our projects. Courtney Harkins is our workshop administrator. Courtney works closely with our workshop manager, ensuring all our workshop invoicing is processed accurately and efficiently. Courtney also oversees our fleet, ensuring it is maintained and coordinating fleet management services with our clients. Chantel Burston is our field service administrator and coordinates the day-to-day scheduling of our Field Service team. Alongside the scheduling of employees, she also oversees the wet and dry hire of our plant and equipment.
