15.01.2022 It's been quite a while since I've posted. This year has been crazy with everything that's happening around the world, moving house, becoming a carer for my mother and essentially living with her (on the South Coast) and occasionally coming home to my partner and all of my herbal products. 12.01.2022 Over the last few days I've been enjoying this tea blend On Thursday I woke up with a fairly nasty cold and made up this concoction. It helped with my sniffles, sneezing, coughing and the headaches.
