23.01.2022 Organic Black Sapote "Chocolate Pudding Fruit" This is the 1st post of a fruit I did not grow. But because it is so rare at the moment I bought some to enjoy & share with you all. Black Sapote is in the Persimmon Family. The texture is like a soft creamy mousse, taste..well does not taste like chocolate. There would be so much to do with this fruit, but I enjoyed making smoothies with it. Mango goes well with Black Sapote in a smoothie as well as Banana & Vanilla!

21.01.2022 Is album is about inspiring all to make juices & smoothies! I have been making the up for 30 years now & encourage my clients at clinic to do the same! I actually hear from friends from many moons ago & they say they still remember the Smoothies & Juices I use to make them! Also some of my clients at clinic also make Smoothies & Juices. Seeds & Nuts an important part of their diet as well! Also alot have their own twist on Raw Goodness Balls! Especially as not all have time to grow & harvest vital nutrients from their garden!

12.01.2022 These Apples are called RedLove Apples! They have been apart of a breeding program in Switzerland for 20 years!! I was able to grow them here in Australia! Slightly tarty & when u cut them they dont go brown!

08.01.2022 Just picked 100 plus beautiful Mad Hatter Capsicum! Most will be chopped & stored in freezer! I will stuff some with home made ricotta & herbs! Then bake in oven! Apples & corn are now in freezer as well!... Lots of goodies from the garden to enjoy during the year! See more
