We are a family run building company based in Newcastle. We handle a wide range of projects including Insurance repair works, NDIS Home Modifications as well as private works. Are you bored of hanging off a paint brush day in day out and want some variety in your day...? Candidates will be fully qualified and available... for an immediate start! To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes: Certificate III in Painting and Decorating (essential) Highly skilled- minimum 5 years experience in a similar role, carrying out all types of painting work (essential) Ability to undertake minor repairs, including plastering works patching / cornice installation (essential) Well presented, organised, efficient, and able to develop good working relationships Excellent communication and customer service skills - must be fluent in English speaking skills Strong work ethic Capable of working alone or in a team Willing to maintain a commitment to our values and OH&S policies Must have drivers licence and be able to travel if required We are looking for a reliable Painter & Decorator willing to make a long-term commitment. A mate had a Glendale Home delivered to site in Lake Conjola to be installed for a very excited family for their Dream holiday house. Due to border closures Daryll had to return to Queensland or risk not getting home at all which meant his clients house was left sitting on timber blocks in spare paddock.
