22.01.2022 Whilst not strictly skincare related, another healthy use of Coconut Oil I’ve been enjoying for the past few months has been using this for the ancient ayurvedic practice of Oil Pulling. Oil pulling refers to swishing oil in your mouth for between 5-20 minutes everyday before your regular brushing routine. Dentists and experts alike have attributed oil pullings benefits to remove toxins and flush away bacteria, like a natural tasty mouthwash. Whilst you can technically use any oil to do so, coconut oil is a popular choice for its natural anti-bacterial properties and mild delicious taste.
