A little bit about Lisbeth and her offering to you .... Healing can be potent and gentle at the same time.... Since I was a young girl I have always been drawn to understanding why people are the way they are, and how our thoughts affect our waking life. I was particularly interested in applying different ideas and concepts to my own life, travelling and experimenting with several styles of meditation and spiritual methods as a way to go deeper into understanding my own self. I have found that in the West, many people have become addicted to extremes. Whether it's our own process of inner-work, our lifestyle choices or making decisions from an un-grounded place. These choices in life, reflect the highest of highs and the lowest of lows, giving many a sense of needing to feel 'more' of what we think we want to feel. Many of us have lost touch with balance. Through studying Tantra, I have come to understand that many of us are actually longing for a deeper sense of overall joy and equilibrium, not swaying from one extreme to the other. We desire a sense of peace and a natural overall state of joy. I have for many years felt uneasy about the word ‘Tantra’, as I felt that most Western styles of Tantra didn’t fully resonate with me. However, after completing my formal Tantra studies under Catherine Wood, I have come to understand that there are as many forms of Tantra as there are different people. There is no one-size-fits-all and there exists a form of Tantra for everyone. Depending on the journey, the motivation and the bigger picture, we all have different lessons to learn. The Tantra which I practice is heart-based, which allows for our energy to move in a more balanced and sustainable way. It provides safety, nurture and an overall sense of equanimity, enabling yourself to tune in more deeply with your own inner wisdom and guidance.
