23.01.2022 We just received our new Haitian MA2500II Injection Moulder. Big thanks to Ross Walkear from Plastic machinery solutions for working with Hercules Plastic team to get the right machine to replace 2 old non efficient power consuming ones. Another thanks to the amazing team at Johnstons Transport for moving the machine into place. Thanks to Gary Moore from G-tech for commissioning the machine. A Big applause to Paul Skene at FinTrans for our Finance, Graeme Turner at Brookvale Insurance Brokers and my amazing staff at Hercules Plastics that made all this happen. All of them lend a helping hand for Hercules for many years to get our company up to this stage, But Hercules isn't stopping here, becuase we have along way to go. F1 in school is one of the largest STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) in the world and over 20 million students competing each year. Because of their national ranking at the F1 school competition held in March 2019, Penrith Christian school would be competing in the grand ‘F1 School world’ at Abu Dhabi 2019. 07.01.2022 Another excellent job completed by Hercules Plastic team across the pond at University of Otago at Dunedin, New Zealand. This newly build lab was design for the "Preparation of rock and water samples for measuring to microscopic trace metal levels". As any metal within the room can interfere with the preparation of these samples , the facility has been designed to never allow more than 100 particles (0.5 microns or larger) per cubic feet to enter as this would contaminate the... samples. Our installation consists of: - 8 x Ducted Laminar Flow Cabinets - 9 x Re-circulation Laminar Flow Cabinets - 2 x E-Vap Cabinets - 1 x Centrifuge Cabinet - 3 x Polypropylene cellings
