24.01.2022 This yard had 6 weeks growth, yep only 6 weeks.

23.01.2022 My job tomorrow is to clean a unit that has already had a bond clean through it. This bond cleaning business has refused to go back and fix the issues and refused to refund their client. This is a very common occurrence. Yes these businesses are out there. It's unfortunate and it gives the industry a bad name. Cheaper is not often the best. Attached are some photos I took while quoting to fix this bad excuse for a clean. There were two many to post but here are some of them. Don't get caught.

23.01.2022 Well another year has come to an end. My Nicola and I would like to wish all a very Merry Christmas and happy New year. We will be back on deck from the 9th Jan Please stay safe and enjoy this time with family and friends.

18.01.2022 Big effort by the crew this week. We have managed to do 6 full bond cleans some yards and repairs. All this in just 8 days. I really need my holiday now.

16.01.2022 Sometimes technology can save lives. We were doing a bond clean the other day, while cleaning the cupboard under the sink we receive a very nasty electric shock. Thank goodness the electrical safety switch did its job and no one died. Safety switches should be tested regularly. It's as simple as pushing the test switch in your power box. Should you not have safety switch in you home / power box please get them installed. They really do save lives. Rodents that get into your house love electrical wires. So if you notice rodent droppings have a good look at what they have been into or call your local pest control. They can do a lot of damage in a short time. Stay safe.

11.01.2022 Another repair completed. Movement caused tiles to pop off leaving some water damage. Water proofing repaired and tiles re laid. If left this could of cause major wood rot to surrounding timber structures.

10.01.2022 Loving the rain we really needed it. We are on tank water out here and we were getting very close to having to order the water truck. I think today is a bust. Had yards and some gutters to clean today. Time for a shuffle the she duke to some inside jobs. It pays to be flexible.
