We don't realise just how connected we are to one another and often we don't take the time to actually get to know other people anymore. Sadly, we've become so fixated on our phones and staying connected to a cyber world. This video is a good reminder of how we just don't know how far our reach is to others. I'm not sure if I'm getting more sensitive with my age but this video got me right in the feelers. It sure makes you think, who are you connected to but haven't realised it yet?

It’s so easy to get caught up on our own personal stories, explanations, and anxieties about things but most of the time we don’t have any idea what’s actually happening. The next time you want to react or get upset about something try and pause. Pay attention to your thoughts... and remember to be kind to the other person and yourself.

02.01.2022 I love this video because it's true. Laughter is so contagious. As a side note, I was having dinner the other night and I was beside a group of men who were all 60-65 years in age. There were points during my meal where I couldn't help but look over because they were all laughing so hard and just having such a great time. I had no idea what they were talking about but it created such a great energy. I couldn't stop smiling. I think we could all use a little more laughter in our lives.

01.01.2022 There’s a movie on Netflix called The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind based on this story! So good! It definitely puts things into perspective and makes you feel grateful for how lucky we have it in a First World Country. This story is incredible and shows what people can create with determination and education.
