02.01.2022 *** IMPORTANT *** It’s come to my attention I need to post this in order to communicate terms and conditions of transactions within the shop. Regarding refunds, here we go.... IN STORE PURCHASES - when you buy from Her House Of Resin or Her House Of Resin + Co If there is a fault with a product, I will happily contact the business myself on your behalf or refer you to the business to rectify the issue, no responsibility will be taken upon myself for another small business. I will work with you however to rectify any issue. RESIN CLASSES - I require a 50% deposit on all bookings, due to no shows and an extremely HIGH demand I have had to take this route. I provide clear instruction on every Resin Class post that if given 48hrs notice I will happily refund your deposit. Anything after that 48hrs can be transferred to another date if contacted within 7 days of cancelled booking. If none of the above is adhered to I will keep your deposit. GIFT CARDS - GIFT CARDS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. This is absolutely NON NEGOTIABLE. However one clause being - If you have brought a gift card for Resin Classes, I will happily transfer this to STORE CREDIT as I find this is a fair alternative. When pre purchasing gift cards for resin classes I immediately pre purchase all materials for your booking and set them aside for when you choose to honour your gift card. This still leaves me at a loss however also allows you to spend the gift certificate amount in store on any brand. NONE OF THE ABOVE IS REFUNDABLE FOR CHANGE OF MIND. The big brands such as Kmart, Woolies etc do not offer refunds on gift cards nor will they be bartered with regarding their polices. I will not tolerate feeling this is expected of me for being a small business. I am more then fair and have on offer a range of alternatives for everyone as I know situations do arise.
