20.01.2022 Heritage Hotel Our Commitment to Health, Safety and Security In response to the recent development of the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), and the local [Heath] authorities in Antigua and Barbuda. For up-to-date information and further details, please refer to the WHO and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.... Heritage Hotel has activated its crisis response protocol and has a strong support team in place. Our hotel have adopted agreed industry protocols for dealing with the Corona Virus. We have taken all essential preparatory and preventative measures - ranging from hygiene including increased cleaning and sanitizing frequency to guidelines on how to handle suspected or confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) or lockdowns for quarantine purposes in cooperation with the local authorities. We are constantly monitoring and following the changes in recommendations and guidelines of the local Government and the local Health authorities to continue working towards providing the best service possible, while ensuring the safety of our guests and associates, within the guidelines issued by the local authorities. Our Cancellation Policy We are constantly updating our cancellation policy to reflect the most recent developments related to the COVID-19, and to offer our guests as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible. Individual reservations: - We allow free modifications or free cancellations for all existing and new reservations for stays until April 30, 2020. - Modification to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate difference.
