24.01.2022 This Print is from the famed Essex, England Illustrator & Artist, Harold ("Pat") Cecil Earnshaw [1886 - 1937]. On the lighter side of CoronaVirus, I am unsure of its actual title, however it may be "Scouts should be heard, but not seen" perhaps ? "Pat" drew several c. 1910-20's boy Scout artworks during his lifetime, also humorisities and typifications from that period. He must have been honed in life by Scouting for he joined the Artists Rifles in UK in WW1 and lost his right arm in battle. Postwar, he retrained himself as a "leftie" and continued his excellent artwork ! He was married in 1908 to famous fellow Artist, Mabel Lucie Attwell.
