10.01.2022 In this day and age I'd like to think that the streets are becoming safer, but unfortunately in most areas this is not the case. Now I know that personally I don't find myself walking anywhere by myself late at night, but it did happen to me (completely unplanned) about a month ago. I'm fine, nothing happened, but texting my boyfriend with a running commentary helped me feel a little safer, but this app; Kitestring is one step ahead. You can set a reminder for the app to check in on you after an allocated period of time, and if you do not respond it will then notify your contact list with an emergency message.
