03.01.2022 Dental Health Week is an annual campaign of the Australian Dental Association . The aim is to educate Australians on the importance of maintaining good oral health. The focus of this year’s campaign 3-9 August is the harm sugar does to your oral health, aiming to help us all to get sugar savvy. In light of this we are running a children’s colouring competition with an oral health prize pack to be won! Pop in to the practice to pick up the colouring in picture. Winners w...ill be announced 17 August. Good luck Remember:- Brush your teeth twice a day with a toothpaste that contains fluoride. Clean between teeth at least one a day with floss or an interdental brush. Limit sugar intake . Adults should consume no more than 6 teaspoons of sugar per day. Regularly visit the dentist for check-ups and preventative treatment.
