24.01.2022 Congrats to Adam who left it to the final hours to harvest his first fallow deer before catching the boat back to Melbourne.

24.01.2022 It was hard going on the weekend but Bradley was pumped to harvest his first deer!

20.01.2022 Due to our large repeat client base we are currently fully booked for the 2020 and 2021 buck seasons and are not taking any more bookings for the 2019 doe season. A huge thanks to the support of all our clients!!!

17.01.2022 Thanks everyone for the well wishes and concern. Currently the fire is about 7km WNW of the lodge. Things are looking ok at the moment with a south westerly change due tonight. Friday looks to be the danger day for us when the winds turn to a strong northerly. We are prepared as well as we can be so fingers crossed!

16.01.2022 After interstate cancellations and forced closure on Sunday it was great to finish the season on a high. Moby Dick! A deer we had been watching from afar during the season decided to play ball. First white buck to be shot on the property and the biggest white deer i have seen by a long way. Well done Rosco!!

16.01.2022 It was a tough opening at Herne Lodge. Big deer that were seen all through velvet have disappeared... Typical!! We passed on a lot of nice deer holding out for that special trophy.
