24.01.2022 The DBX 25.3 car audio subwoofer and box is designed to enhance the audio system performance in the low range frequencies, optimizing the spaces and ensuring a quick, not too invasive installation. The subwoofer unit, which is the DS sub, provides a punching, dynamic, surrounding bass. The very thick MDF enclosure, thanks to its rigid and stable structure, doesn’t affect the acoustics. The rear slanted panel fulfils two important functions: it reduces back-wave reflections and eases the installation. At 443mm wide, 298mm tall and 227mm deep at the base this enclosure whilst not being a "slim" designed combo, its petite size allows for fitting into nearly all spaces and places in a car!

11.01.2022 Great things sometimes come in small packages - like this cool little Suzuki Jimny! We had some good fun building a thumping sound system for this customer, tha...nks to some Hertz Audio Video Australia audio gear and Standartplast STP Australia sound deadening materials. The system is made up of some Hertz Cento 5" splits squeezed into the front doors with some custom spacers, a Hertz Energy Slimline 8" sub box (has a 10" passive radiator!) bolted to the side of the cargo/rear seat area, all powered by a Hertz Compact Power 4ch amp under the front seat. To block external road noise and keep the music inside the little milo tin, we used some STP Black Gold sound deadening material in the rear quarters and rear door, and the front doors got an extra treatment with the inner skin getting completely sealed. To further insulate noise we covered the inside of all the door and rear quarter trims with STP Biplast sound and vibration dampening foam - this stuff is amazing! The result totally exceeded everyone's expectations! The sub is so deep, you would never guess it's an 8", and the Cento 5" splits are really impressive for a 5". The Cento line new C 165 F flat profile woofer is the solution, thanks to a super slim basket with reduced depth that allows the use even in the most problematic OEM scenarios, widespread in new generation cars. The R&D team, through an extensive desi...gn process was able to obtain high performance even with the super slim basket feature. This was made possible by the optimization of the mobile group excursion and the new design of the cone and dust-cup geometry.
