No. Class or classes and Transponder No.) 0428 622 267 1 30 Club Transponders are offered for hire in order of Nomination EXCEPT - - club reserves the right to reallocate club transponder from classes with small nos. to those with large fields 2 One Event Licences The club has some for sale on Sunday but we don’t know what the Demand will be. If you arrive and miss out on the old paper ones you can use your Smart Phone and Credit / Debit card to buy one on line if you are registered in Ridernet Find your password. ( online OELs are $75 - New paper OELs are $80 ) IF YOU BUY O.E.Lic. Or FULL 12 MTH Lic. BEFORE THE EVENT - HAVE THE DETAILS ON YOUR PHONE, Receipt etc. so we can let you ride. EVERYONE ELSE PUT A PHOTO OF YOUR CURRENT LICENCE IN YOUR PHONE. Late nominations will be accepted at the Track. COVID-19 -You will have to provide Contact Details - Fill in an Attendance Record And Acknowledge / Answer the following 2 Questions. 1 I have not had any COVID-19 symptoms, I have not been in contact with anyone with COVID-19 and I have not travelled internationally in the last two weeks. 2 HBMX is operating under a COVID safe plan and all individuals at our venue must be signed in. Please acknowledge YES ---Club Membership--- ( tip to avoid fees ) Membership can be purchased on Ridernet before you nominate. You will end up paying 2 Ridernet fees of around $3,00. ---Alternatively--- You can nominate without membership and pay the one Day Membership Fee. (-- $20.00 on Club Day ) Tell us at Sign on and Pay the Balance owing on your desired membership. I will update Ridernet after the events. {Only one Ridernet fee } All riders must provide 1 volunteer per membership (Single or Family) 16yrs or older with covered Shoes who can flag for one session. 11.01.2022 Who’s ready for our final club day of the year, This Sunday the 15th Good News - Pro Flaggies For this meeting Sun 15th Nov and hopefully all meetings in the future. The Entry Fee has been increased by $10.00 per rider to cover the Cost.... The Flagging Team cannot guarantee to attend every possible date due to other commitments.
