24.01.2022 Race briefing/info guide still coming. Here’s the swim video & map to keep you entertained until then(note-we are yet to make a final call on if we put the yellow sighting buoys out on the day) https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=0xJX8psiOFo

24.01.2022 Set the alarm now and book mark this link for next week to watch the Professional Triathletes Organisation live coverage of Challenge Daytona. With current Hundy champ Amelia Rose Watkinson in red hot form and former champ Sarah Crowley keen get a win on the board this year, there’s a good chance there will be a ‘Hundy’ feel on that podium in Florida.

Do read the briefing carefully, questions asked about information covered in the briefing w...ill go unanswered. Thanks everyone, less than a week to go! See more

23.01.2022 2 hours of tech help later, I think Stef from witsup.com is regretting getting involved with a triathlon run by a mechanic Anyway, see the magic she puts together with Luke Bell, Belinda Granger, Jaryd Hamilton, 2 motorbikes and a JetSki on Sunday!! Watch the live feed here, or head to the Witsup page to be interactive with Stef & Luke. Thanks to Fraser Coast Regional Council for helping us showcase our race and our region to the world.

20.01.2022 Junior 10-12 Aquathon ... run leg

20.01.2022 Not a bad spot for a photo shoot Our friends at Ultra355 Australia have been in town for a few days checking out the place and getting ready for the inaugural race starting on February 27. There’s still a few places left if you are thinking of taking on the 355km of racing in the first ever Ultra355 Australia.

19.01.2022 Just to clarify, the Hundy Kids junior results from today don’t go online. Results can be accessed via your schools.

18.01.2022 Time is running out for teams. You must have all team members entered by 5pm this Sunday the 1st November. You will not be racing without a minimum of 2 people in a team. If you are all lucky and no one sends time wasting emails, we might also have time to release an entry list once we finalise all the entry data on Sunday night. Details on the virtual race briefing and club tents is also on the way soon.

18.01.2022 Excited to have live coverage of this year's 10th anniversary race thanks to witsup.com. We will have Stef Hanson and Luke Bell hosting from Melbourne while Belinda Granger will be doing the leg work on the ground in Hervey Bay. So even if you can't make it to paradise, you can check out all the suffering live on facebook!

18.01.2022 This year's athlete survey is in your inbox(or spam if you have hotmail!). Please take a couple of minutes to fill it out for us. Any and all feedback is welcome, this race is what it is today, because we listen to the athletes, so don't be afraid to offer constructive criticism where you feel it is warranted. Having read some submissions already, I am humbled by the amazing kind words, and can't wait to share that with all of the committee and people who help put this event on for you.

18.01.2022 The race is thankful for the long term support from @tafeqld for our volunteer army the ‘Hundy heroes’. I’m also thankful for the support of a boss who understands my stress levels at this time of year . . #hundy #hb100 #sufferinparadise #tafequeensland #makegreathappen #visitfrasercoast #thisisqueensland

17.01.2022 Had a little whoopsie with the emails this morning and the kids email didn’t go out until just now. Is only information that was already on the website and your entry email, nothing earth shattering, but we know you all like to hear from us before the race.

17.01.2022 Happy Monday everyone!! A couple of updates. 1. Yes, we will try to get an athlete list out, hold fire until the end of the week before flooding us with messages. 2. Athlete briefing and info, see above. It will be virtual, YouTube or similar. 3. Please only athletes to rego ...on the Saturday at the Beach House 4. Junior entries are still open. This is still for just Wide Bay and Capricornia athletes sorry. Info email will come out later for this as entries are open until Wednesday next week. 5. If you do send questions to us, and they are planned be answered in later communications, you won’t get a response. We are time poor for the next few weeks as you would understand. 6. Stay safe!! Keep the training up, enjoy your taper and we look forward to seeing you here racing in less than 2 weeks now See more

07.01.2022 Hundy Female... podium finishers

06.01.2022 Just wanted to say a thankyou to some athletes who had their race plans changed at a late stage. Kat(winner in 2019) & Malcolm (3rd overall in 2019, but raced AG) both entered the Open category for the 2020 event, wanting to keep challenging themselves. When PTO came on board to support the event and bumped the prizemoney up, we had to ask them to bow out as they were now ineligible to race the Pro category. I know the people in their age group might not have been so happy, but we were very happy that they still came to race with us. Thanks Kat & Malcolm

06.01.2022 Juniors 13 & 14’s coming out onto the course after exiting the swim
