A reminder to members you must put your membership number on the sign in sheet, covid rules mean we must be able to provide details of those who attend the club so for those who are new or visitors their contact details must be written on sign in sheets, sign in sheets will be monitored.
25.01.2022 A timely reminder that we still must comply with covid rules, it's easy to get complacent and now with a relaxation of borders and movement of people we have seen a lot more visitors here enjoying our little piece of paradise, we are no longer in our own little bubble so let's keep up the good work and keep ourselves safe and well. Please remember to use the hand sanitiser provided as often as necessary, adhere to the social distancing rules and please

19.01.2022 If yoga makes you feel more refreshed, do more of it. If writing in a journal helps you to unwind from a big day, do more of it. If going for a long walk before... work helps to clear your mind, do more of it. If singing in the shower makes you feel empowered, do more of it. Taking care of your wellbeing is as simple as that. Do more of the things that make a difference. What are the things that improve your wellbeing? For some great resources, visit: https://mentalwellbeing.initiatives.qld.gov.au/

17.01.2022 We will be busy delivering August's edition of the What's On Fraser Coast magazine this week, all magazines will be delivered by the 1st! Check out the front c...over showcasing the beautiful Nadia Seo. Nadia is a local fashion designer who happens to be a whiz on the sewing machine as she creates her designs. Fraser Coast Regional Council tells us about a great event coming up - Maryborough Open Gardens is definitely on my must-do list, so make sure that you get along and support this great event. I also chat with Glenn from Rhino Trike Tours about his health and business and visit a farm that has a healing touch. We introduce a NEW, seniors page, (hopefully to be expanded over the coming months), and we have reinstated our Calendar of Events as events slowly make a comeback. And of course, we have all of our wonderful regular contributor columns - and soo much more! Phew, I am exhausted...
16.01.2022 Be more like Isabelle. Coronavirus is not just the flu or a cold - we cannot be more clear. Early studies suggest that the virus can attach to your cells, long... after you’ve recovered, potentially leading to health complications down the track. Just leave the crowded venue, you’ll thank yourself later. Don’t be part of the problem. Keep yourself APART from the problem.
