24.01.2022 Morning meditation: Amos 5:24 was often quoted by American civil-rights leader and preacher Martin Luther King Jr. The prophet Amos warned Israel that a society... which loves its religious festivals, but without a heart for God, will fall into moral decay; and a sign of that will be injustice toward the marginalised. His words remain with us today as warning. Justice means fairness for all much like a river brings life-sustaining water to a community. May we continue to seek justice and live rightly before man and God. See more
