15.01.2022 Hi everyone, As most of our member probably know, Gail had been sick for the past 2 weeks and has just be admitted to hospital. We do apologise for anyone that is waiting for Membership sign up etc but Gail will get back to everyone as soon as sh is better. We have also had an unexpected burst water pipe on the lower section of the gym which we are currently going through insurance to clean this up.... We thank you all for your understanding and patience during this difficult time.

Due to Covid a few measures we ask you to follow are:- Please wipe fingerprint screen after use (wipes will be provided) Please sign in and out (sheet on desk just inside door) Please sanitise hands on entry (sanitiser provided)... Please wipe equipment before and after workout (wipes provided) I look forward to seeing you all back again
