We sip it for breakfast, we make soup with it, and add it to almost anything in the slow cooker for really ...hearty grounding dinners through the colder months. In fact, through autumn and winter we’ll be making a fresh batch of this traditional, simple and famously healing broth every few days so we’ve always got it ready in the frig. This practice is found across multiple cultures maintaining #traditional medicine linage. I will be completing training for this practice this weekend, with our facilitator who learnt this practice from the midwives in Mexico.
