If you haven't got your ticket yet - or know of some teens who might be interested - find out more and book your spot here: https://bit.ly/2HQtSN0 Mandy is the CEO & Founder of Flourish Girl An ex-speech pathologist, TEDx Speaker, model and an Australian Accredited Facilitator, Mandy is the first-s...enior female facilitator at The Rites of Passage Institute and is paving the way for their school programs for teenage girls. To date, Mandy has worked with over 1200 young people across Australia. Her passion originated from her background in speech pathology, however in 2016, Mandy began to explore increasing rates of depression, anxiety and eating disorders amongst teenage girls, and found herself shifting her focus towards providing programs that work to support teenage girls in various ways. 05.01.2022 This gorgeous human is Ella Mittas - Not only is she a talented chef who'll be cooking up a delicious spread for our dinner for teens this Friday night, but she'll also be joining us in a live Q&A sharing her experiences growing up and how she's crafted a life she loves. Get your ticket here: https://bit.ly/2HQtSN0 Ella had just finished a writing degree when she started working in a kitchen - thinking it would be a fun job and a good way to earn money. But, once she started ...cooking, it became an obsession. Her Greek heritage and fascination of traditional foods and cooking styles led her to live and work in Turkey, Greece and Israel, learning as much as she could about traditional cooking methods and unusual ingredients. These days, you'll see her popping up all over the place - teaching cooking classes, curating food events, catering, and hosting regular dinners in collaboration with various venues and organisations across Melbourne. She's also just a bloody stellar human and we're super excited to have her involved! If you haven't got your tickets yet - book your spot here: https://bit.ly/2HQtSN0 Can't wait to see you there.
