19.01.2022 2nd Postponement - New Date SUNDAY 11 Oct 2020 It is with regret that we inform you that we must again postpone the event to a new date of Sunday 11 Oct 2020, due to the extension of mass gathering restrictions. We have been hoping that the relaxation of gathering rules would move more quickly, but after looking at current Government plans we are not confident that the previous date in August will be viable. We trust that you will understand that this decision was not made lightly and we wanted to give you as much notice as possible. 15.01.2022 Sorry to say we must cancel Mine Super NewRun for 2020. We tried to make changes so the event would be safe, but in the end, given the scale of the event and the likely restrictions that will still be in place in Oct, it would not be fair on the authorities to put so many people into the CBD of Newcastle on one morning. However if you want to run....we have lots of 2020 medals and bibs. So if you transfer to next year (11 April 2021) send us a self addressed and stamped padde...d envelope and we will send you the 2020 medal and bib. You then, of course need to complete the run in your time at your location...making sure you are COVID safe. Then send us some pics of you completing your run and we will make sure you get the credit your deserve. You can do this any time from now. 15.01.2022 Well today would have been our postponed day..... for the big run in Newcastle. In spite of cancelling due to COVID, lots of people have sent in for their 2020 medals and bibs...and today plenty of people have earned them in a COVID safe way. Feel free to send in some pics of your achievement that we can share. Thanks for sticking with us. We look forward to next year on 11 April 2021.

12.01.2022 Just to clarify on mailing of medals and bibs, you just need 2 small padded envelopes, which cost around $1 each, (one goes inside with your address on it and $2.20 stamp) the outside one is addressed to us, H Events PO Box 2251 Green Hills 2323 with $2.20 postage. Total cost should around $6. Tell us which event, as bibs and medal lanyards are different. You can get the medal and bib before you run, so you can wear your bib. Have fun and make sure you are COVID safe when running. And send us a pic . Lets get moving...albeit not together.

10.01.2022 The team at H Events are excited that the River Realty Maitland River Run 2020 is going ahead on the 1st of November 2020. With the 4km, 8km, 12km, Half Marathon and Maitland Mile distances, there is a distance for everyone :) We will of course be implementing restrictions to ensure the event is COVID safe!
