07.01.2022 Meet elderflower! Ain't she glorious? This beauty is included a number of my teas and for good reason. It's a bug-busting, flu-fighting, cold-crunching machine. Antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory, this is one of my go-to immune herbs. And the taste? Sweet, floral, delicate. If Spring had a flavour, this would be it. Which is why I use it in my Kids Range - it tastes darn delicious! So good, in fact, that Prince Harry & Meghan Markle had an elderflower-flavoured wedding cake. True story!
