12.01.2022 Hello beautiful Heyday community Times just keep getting stranger ~ we are sending all our best wishes out to you to stay well, stay strong, and stay hopeful as best you can. We're at the point where we need to do something that goes against the grain a little, and that's move to heavy markdowns on some of our beloved stock. Starting now, all existing sale items across our store (kids, women, and home) are a minimum of 50% off. We've also added some new styles to sale, ...but at smaller discounts. We know that not everyone is in a position to shop right now, but if you've had your eye on something from Heyday recently, now might be a good time to check back in! 11.01.2022 Thank you all so much again for your support during these tough times! Weve been so grateful for all the orders received and have done our level best to fulfill them promptly as theyve come in. Unfortunately, Australia Post hasnt been immune from the impacts of COVID19 and is experiencing long delays across its network. Some of our parcels - particularly those within SA - seem to be delayed by several weeks at this point Tracking information is also frequently not showi...ng any updates until just before (or right after) delivery. We are so sorry if youre still waiting on your parcel from us! Please know we are aware of the problem and keen to assist but unfortunately theres little we can do until Aust Post catches up. The tracking information we see at our end is the same as what you can see at yours. Were now sending everything we can with Sendle again, which seems to be suffering fewer delays. We had stopped using their service temporarily as our store isnt open for courier collection atm, but have decided the extra drive to a drop-off point is worth it! If youre within Sendles delivery network, any new orders will be sent with them and should be received broadly on schedule.
