06.01.2022 Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball Committee Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response The health of our attendees, service providers, entertainers, volunteers and the community in general are our first priority. In line with this, during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic the Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball Committee is adhering to government advice that gatherings of 500+ people not take place. As the situation is ever evolving and recommendations are changing on a daily basis, it is wi...th heavy hearts we have now made the decision to cancel the Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball 2020. The committee and everyone involved in the extraordinary effort it takes to put this event together are very disappointed that the Lumberjacks B&S won’t be running this year. We appreciate you understanding that these situations can evolve so quickly and we have a duty of care to do what is in the best interest of everyone involved with organising and attending the event. The Heyfield Lumberjacks B&S Ball will run again on Saturday 17th April, 2021. All pre paid ticket purchases for this year’s event will be honoured for 2021. 04.01.2022 LUMBERJACKS 2021 UPDATE! The Lumberjacks BnS Ball Committee would like to let our passionate followers know that if at all possible we’ll be hosting Lumberjacks this year. At this stage have we no idea what numbers we’ll be able to have and what extra regulations and tasks will be expected of us as the committee to undertake in order to host the ball until we get closer to April.... A few things we are anticipating will be conditions of the ball running are: numbers will be restricted, tickets will be strictly pre paid, each ticket holders information will be recorded for contact tracing and some sort of expectations surrounding social distancing. In the meantime keep an eye on this page and as April gets closer & we have more information we’ll post updates. Cheers
