25.01.2022 Welcome to your weekly workout! This is another track recorded at a recent @rawbybek RBB Mamas class. Low-impact Cardio, but with options if you want to go bigger. Your workout: push-ups with alternating knee drives (advanced option - on your toes or knees with no bench). side-to-side touchdowns (low option - take out the propulsion and reach for the opposite foot).... 90-degree step taps (advanced option - jumps). The track was ‘Toxic’ by Britney, where the chorus was the touchdowns and step taps. If you don’t want to use the music, do 10 reps of each. Our next class is Friday 23 August at 11am. 02.01.2022 Welcome to your workout of the week! If you have limited mobility in your lower body (or you just like to sit down!) but still want to work your core, this is for you! A family member who uses a wheelchair asked for some exercise ideas so I thought I may as well share the love! These exercises are also a good way to gently start to rebuild your core post-pregnancy. Here’s what you got: banded side rotations.... kettlebell oblique crunches. front plate raise. side plate rotations. Of course you should always take the advice of your doctor, physio, exercise physiologist or other health professionals if you have mobility issues.
