25.01.2022 EDINA - Diva forever! These babes didn’t make it to our last restock. I had them planned but my hands just weren’t quick enough! But you better believe they are the first design I’m going to finish making and pit aside for our next release/restock! Edina original and mini version in our new Diva forever, confetti glitz colourway! She’s packed full of purple, blue and hot pink flakes.. now if that’s not divalicious I don’t know what is ... How damn sexy are they... this is a total get on my lobes situation right here.. I’ve already got them glued. I just couldn’t connect them in time for the last release. As part of my self care after restock I’m making a pair up for me! But don’t worry I will have plenty for you on our next release. 24.01.2022 Just so amazed my by Amazing Maisie dangles! Cannot wait to see some of you babes rock them too!! Imagine all the cool outfits with them! You can pick a colour out of them to match you with a block colour outfit. Or pair them with a pattern sharing some of these colours. There are so many possibilities! I chose to pair mine up with this awesome new Girls Support Girls tie dye tee from ownsit ... It has pretty much all the same colours in it! I have had some lovely self care the past two days. With a little bit of ink filling I chose to do in that time. Because painting is a part of my self care and I’m just fortunate it’s part of my job which doesn’t often feel like a job.. unless I’m sitting at the computer for hours doing admin or boring business side stuff. Creating art for your lobes brings me pure joy! I can’t get enough of it! And I’m so excited to show you what else I’m working on for our next release and restock. So watch this space! I love earrings and creating art that is especially recognisable to my brand. I started HP back in Jan 2017 while working another full time job. And am now proud to say - this is my full time gig and I’m living my dream. All due to amazing support of my wonderful customers. Creating art is everything for me, and knowing you get to wear something that stands out of the crowd and makes you feel incredible is a driving force in doing what I do! 22.01.2022 ELECTRIC LOVE Named after one of my fave BØRNS songs. Was the first name that came to mind after creating this piece. I love her detailed edges and the holographic touch of the heart. Photos are not doing this piece justice.. but I know she will be loved! All I need is to be struck.. by your electric love! ... So side note, holographic-ness (not a word, but roll with it) always reminds me of lightning.. like the beautiful colours that can come from it. - In saying that.. something you may not know about me; I am completely and utterly terrified of lightning As I get older, I am getting better. You tend to become more racional about fears I think I think I cried from the fear of lightning right into my teens. And even in my twenties, walking from my office to the car park during a storm was absolutely petrifying. Ohh I have so many stories about silly situations I’ve found myself in. Because I think once you have a fear of something that one thing seems to be everywhere at the worst times. Anyways now when I see lightning I have a few steps and tricks to get me through and calm my nerves. And sometimes I now shock myself how much better I have gotten. Although pre covid when I was last at spotlight, we had a storm and I was there on my own and called Hayden (hubby) upset coz I didn’t know how I was gona get from the store to my car with two big boxes of draws in a trolley.. my concern was in holding the metal trolley.. because lightning has one thing in mind apparently.. my short ass!! YES SO SILLY. But sometimes we can’t help our fears we can only try to beat our fears. So yeaaaars ago I got a tattoo similar look and placement to one of my other musical faves Amy Winehouse. And it’s basically a reminder no matter how big or small.. to not let your fears take over. A few years after I got it I had my scariest moment with lightning (too long to go into) but my then bf Hayden was such a support to me I got a little heart tattooed next to it.. not thinking now it probably looks like I love lightning See more

20.01.2022 IT’S RESTOCK DAY!! Omg the day is finally here!!! I can’t wait!!!!! I will be hoping on a live this afternoon to go through most of what’s coming! I can’t wait to see what you all get that I’ve been working on!! ... Here I’m wearing our new release I Heart Candy design! Not only is it perfect for Christmas.. a lovely customer actually pointed out that it’s perfect for Valentine’s Day too! And to be honest I feel like I’d wear these whenever cause it’s hearts and candy and I love both!! Tonight’s the big night!! Soooo many designs I’ve been working on like crazy!! 15.01.2022 Tonight’s the night!! I’m pretty much ready Just a few thousand more things to do today before I’m prepped! I’m also popping a few pieces that are currently online on sale so I will do a little collection on the home page of our website if you want to grab a bargain also! Cause who doesn’t love that! ... 14.01.2022 Shout out to our little boy Winny! He watches me pack and looking at his little face, giving him little pats and play through the day.. it’s beautiful having such a cute little face around the house. He helps alert me when the postie is here with a delivery. And you better believe he lets me know when it’s dinner time He brightens up our days and makes this whole isolation situation that little bit easier. ... Yes our couch is covered in blankets! Chihuahuas love nothing more than blankets and we do everything to keep this boy of ours as happy as he makes us! See more

09.01.2022 FRIDA 2.0 Since my first release of my original Frida design I have been inundated with requests for her to return. It’s been some time and I wanted to give her a fresh look, and well.. I am somehow even more obsessed with this piece. She is loved around the world. And I’m so fortunate to be able to have a platform accessible around the globe to bring her to you.... Wearing this piece will leave you feeling proud and unstoppable. I feel like I have the power of Frida when I’m rocking this design. As many of you know, but if you don’t. Other than my collaboration with my tattoo artist Chris Healy (you know what ones they are as they are displayed on cards with both HP + Chris’s name on them) All of my earrings are illustrations by me. Every shape you see in block colour or glitter, right down to the more detailed drawings. I don’t use templates or purchased art work. So you know when you are wearing a Hey Polly piece. 06.01.2022 Toad-day was a big day Actually who am I kidding! Everyday is a big day here haha! But - today after processing and packing orders since Friday.. and as you know all the work that goes into designing and making my earrings everyday. Today or Toad-day should I say came along with not so many Wins... Some days, shit just doesn’t go as planned. Again I got up super early after several late nights. Started completing and printing out labels of all the orders I packed y...esterday that I had not gotten to do the labels for.. and what happens.. my label printer shits itself it’s ok we got it working again but it took forever and after not printing then spat out about 160 labels from the last few days that I already had... thanks mate Mr Dymo printer! Anyways.. this week I learned putting addresses in and printing off labels takes almost as long as packing orders does. And that as much as I love laying lots of orders out on my table to show you all the goodies heading your way.. and so you can get a peek at what other babes are ordering.. it’s not always possible and time is of the essence! As I head to the finish line on packing I’m feeling confident I’m gona get a lot more done tonight and again tomorrow. Leaving Thursday morning to scan out tracking and head to the post office! Now that’s exciting!!! To conclude; Technology isn’t always our friend but damn these orders look amazing Thank you for being so supportive of my business. I’m just one gal making and packing all these. Hubby has been going all night on making more boxes since he clocked off from his day job (cause we ran out!)
