03.01.2022 I can not believe Australia Post ! They smashed another package with a scuttle! UGH!#@%* Not just a little, but the whole handle ! How is this possible? Ceramic is fired to Stoneware, the highest 1280oC and it's not even broken at the attached areas from handle to bowl but within the handle itself! YICKES !... That means there was excessive force put on the handle!...... I sent out 8 this month and again South Australia package got smashed, again! What is it with SA? Upset client, upset me, not a very nice Christmas gift! with Australia Post.
