19.01.2022 So this has been bugging me for a while and tonight a potential customer brought up the fact that there was a negative review on my page so I thought I should address the issue. Im a sole trader, so its just me when I arrive at a job. If I dont feel safe or something illegal is going on when I show up then chances are Im leaving straight away. Im not there to judge or dob anyone in, Im there to work. I cant work effectively if Im watching out for potential issues with the customer.
