25.01.2022 Pool re opening update The Home Hill Swimminng Pool will re open on Saturday 16th May 2020 at 8.00am. The pool will be open for recreation , training and rehabilitation purposes, ensuring the following rules... Issued by the Queensland Government. One per per lane per lap swimming A maximum of 10 swimmers per pool precinct at anyone time. No spectators,except for up to one parent/career per child, if necessary Communal showers and change room are closed, toilets may remain open Minimise the use of communal facilities Shower with soap before and after swimming ( at home, not at the pool ) Social distancing must be adhered at all time while in the swimming pool precinct.

24.01.2022 This Thursday, 30 July, Home Hill Swimming Pool staff will be undertaking a Lifeguard Refresher Course during their lunch closure. This will not impact morn...ing opening hours, however will mean the pool will reopen for its afternoon session at 2:30pm, rather than 1pm. Pool staff thank you for your understanding Did you know that the Home Hill Pool is serviced with artesian water so even in Winter, the pool maintains a consistent water temperature of 27 degrees?! 22.01.2022 Yes we will be back serving coffee from Saturday 16th May from 8.00am. Table and chairs will be set up outside main gate. Remember to keep social distances at all times within pool precinct.

22.01.2022 As I mentioned earlier in the day we have been waiting on decision from Burdekin Shire Council on closure of pool due to Covid-19 virus As of 6.00pm Wednesday 25th March 2020 the pool will be closed until further notice. 20.01.2022 As of 1st September 2020 our hours change however patrons need to be aware of some changes that have been made due to Covid -19. Please sign in and out on register sheet when arriving and leaving. This sheet is at main gate for your use. All patrons are required to use the sanitizer at the gate before entering the pool area.... For those patrons that have passes, these are still valid. If you are looking at passes please find the following. Single adult visit $3.00. Single child visit $2.00 10 visit adult pass $25.00. 10 visit child pass $15.00 Annual and season passes please enquire at kiosk. 19.01.2022 Im getting questions asked is the water cold well it is to some and not to others 24.7deg yesterday afternoon. When is the best time to come to the pool? Well if you are coming / planning and unsure give us a call. The most we have had so far at once is 8 and our maximum number is 10.... The weather has been wet and overcast all this week but next week clear skys. Remember the rules set out by council below and it is important that we follow at all times at the pool.

Moving forward until we have had discussion with a Council following latest update overnight from the Federal Government we will then update you all on that decision.
