11.01.2022 It’s not a crumble. And it’s not hot. It’s a mango and nice cream crumble cake. And it’s simply delicious fresh mangoes can be frozen whole and sliced. Mix with homemade nice cream and top with crumble (I used my homemade almond meal choc chip cookies and crumbled them!)

What a wild ride this year has been... experiences, challenges, growth... this year has taught me a great deal about patience, humility, perseverance, practice and what matters most.
