22.01.2022 We do the best for visual art tutoring with hygiene and safety. Please read and follow these new conditions below. 1 [ Drive thru Pick up & Drop off ]... Only students should get out of the car. Gate will be open just 5 min~10 mins before the class starting time. Parents should stop the car only and leave in a minute. If you need to park as a student, please park on the lawn, not on the street for traffic. Also when you pick up, please CALL Lan Kim, Head teacher 0405068004 and wait in your car. She is checking missed calls and come out with your kids. DONT get out of your car to come inside please. < Just stay in, call her, hang up, and wait in your car. > Pick up time is 5 mins before the class finish time ~10 mins after the class finish time. 2 [ Day notice acceptable ] Normally we dont accept day notices for make ups but have done since January due to Covid-19 pandemic. If students feel unwell or they/their family were the places below on the list with the corona positive people, Please dont take any risks. We will happily offer you make up lessons. 3 [ Teachers can refuse to teach ] If students has fever/cough, or anything we need to concern, We can do refuse to teach and will refuse to take care them until carer take them back. Thus, never take any risks and get free make ups with text notices. Washing hands, sanitizer, ethanol cleaning like surgery and steam mopping as usual always. 4 [ New class room opened for safety distances ] We have 2 new large classrooms and 2 private rooms to keep the safety distances better. We have kept the best quality of standard so keep monitoring. I recommend to follow this page to get the fastest notices and set up alarm. 20.01.2022 Plz inform us if you couldnt get a recent update with text msgs. We opens online classes for Y6 portfolio teams first and then for highschoolers + primaries later. Teacher is a host with 5 students roughly. We can see each other artworks and hands.... I can redraw on your drawing digitally. Thus similar offline classes interaction. Class time is same as studio class. You can try it for free first and then pay later if you loved it. I recommend you to try new tech even you dont start. It will be good experience/test I prepared. Also you can learn how to boost yourself with artistic drive for this long social isolation. It is for my current students only due to high demand/server and quality limitations. All the students should wash their hands for 1 minute. - Teaches follow every single kid to bathroom.... 3. Sanitizing spray is displayed next to breville coffee machine, also used before and after classes for all the materials and tools. 4. Steam cleaning every day also. Safety and Hygiene, the most important!

14.01.2022 HI art studio is closing today - This is the moment I had to decide. I have prepared since January so have enough ethanol, sanitizer, tissues, rubbing studio 3~5 extra hours every days. Also I wanted to open for people to finish this week/this term that I got paid not to leave any make ups or credit. We tried 2.5m distances and masks but it is not good enough for classes. Kids wanted to take it off itching so often. Also There were more news yesterday about virus positive p...arents in schools. It is not seriously bad but getting closer. We might be able to stop the chain now. If it is too bad that is too late. I kept talking and calling 30+ people on Monday for 13 hours(8am to 9:30pm) to listen their opinions after the Saturday government live streaming. Then realized that there is no perfect answer as different situations. I dont worry cause I dont have fragile kids or seniors in my home but others do. I knew that Id feel guilty and blame myself so hard if my students or teachers would be caught. Thus decided. Now on, Ill send SMS about online class information only for waiting lists not to pressure anyone. That is free to start and easy to catch up interaction & prepare materials. I can redraw on your drawing too. Great for high schoolers, adults and primaries (no plan for kindy or prep) This time might be that we need to spend more good time with family. All the students and parents need be sure 100% or Take a Rest and get make up lessons freely. HI art studio can make you Return Home when it needed. Also you can wear masks if you want. Dont need to shy. --- what we do promise --- 1. We do steam everyday. 2. observe students to wash their hands 30 secs + sanitizer, 3. rub sanitizer everywhere especially for door knobs. 4. offer unlimited make ups/credit when we need to close (ex: schools are closing /going too bad) and then opening online classes. 5. guarantee the best hygiene standard like hospital. 04.01.2022 The way a control freak prepares online classes for visual arts is here computer + laptop + 2* ipad, + 3* galaxy phones + Wacom Cintiq monitor tablet used for 6 softwares with 12 volunteers. I guarantee you this is next level of opportunity for my students. Free to start but first come first served basis. 1. Students send and show me artwork pics digitally before classes.... 2. Then I show and tell them how to draw with my Wacom Cintiq tablet during classes digitally. 3. Students also can drop off their artworks at my studio.
