20.01.2022 We are being asked more and more about our unique tie down extrusion and how it works.......So, we have taken our standard size combing rail, notched the corner off and replaced it with a captive track profile, had a die made, extruded the material then the had the twin attachment holes machined every 200mm with a 5-axis CNC router, we also added a little internal feature for fixing our side board hinges. We have put this system to the test and it works so well- no more tying over the top of tray sides!

13.01.2022 Tray, dog cage and jack up canopy. Maxilamps- which we don't use as standard. Room for an 80ltr upright fridge. There will be a hardshell RTT going on the jack up canopy, so we added some fold away telescoping legs to the front of the roofrack to stabilise the canopy when it is 'jacked off'. Plus a few little extras like the flip down filleting table on the Jerry can holder.

13.01.2022 Our exclusive 'Captive Track' extrusion is here. This eliminates the need for lashing rings and rope rails. The spring loaded lashing points can be locked in every 200mm across the front and down each side of your tray.

Covers all bases- room for the dog, fridge slide with space for an aux battery and 12v accessories, storage drawers both sides and a pull out bench, more storage underneath with the drawer and toolboxes, a lid on the drawer is perfect for setting up you bbq. The 65 ltr tank underneath is handy too. 04.01.2022 This is one of our jack up canopies. We use 3D laser cut brackets on our jacking legs which allow the 'sleeves' to be hidden behind the doors.
