24.01.2022 Hidden Valley Station in the N.T is recruiting for the 2020 season. We currently have positions available for a mechanic, head stockman and station cook. Also have an opening for a person with a RA Aus fixed wing license to fly some hours up checking waters and paddocks in conjunction with other station work. We also have station hand positions available as well. We are a privately owned family run cattle station that provides opportunities to learn a variety of different ski...lls. Conditions include air-conditioned accommodation with private bathroom and toilet, modern kitchen with large rec area and good meals cooked for you on working days. Dogs are permitted under strict rules. Ideally suited to individuals with experience looking for a long term position in the industry where they will be valued and can make a difference. Wages start on the pastoral award (based on 10 hours work a day) and by negotiation for individuals with a proven history of long term employment in the industry that have an extensive skill base. Work season is currently running from Feb to Dec which provides a long term, secure job. A resume and at least two work references are required. 22.01.2022 Natural temperment is key to breeding good cattle. These are potential bulls for our breeder herd. They have had limited handling and human contact and have only been in the yard for a couple of days.

19.01.2022 Hidden Valley Station is chasing an experienced station cook. Modern airconditioned kitchen, large prep area, well setup coldroom plus fridges and freezers. Job has a fair amount of cleaning involved. Numbers range from 8 to 10 normally. Aircon single room accomadation (pets allowed, but not inside rooms), wifi and rec club with friendly crew. 18.01.2022 Hidden Valley Station is a family owned property in the N.T and currently has a grader/truck driver position available and we also have a station hand position available as well, stationhand duties include a large variety of tasks however cattle handling is done with motorbikes not horses. 15.01.2022 Hidden Valley Stn (Daly Waters N.T) has a couple of stationhand positions available to help us finish off the year. Work encompasses all aspects of stationhand duties with a lot of opportunities and training provided. Single mens aircon accomodation with private bathroom. 120km from iconic Daly Waters Pub and 390km South of Katherine. No hunting or fishing nearby unfortunately. 1-2 dogs allowed, based on station welfare policy. Strict anti drug policy, wages based on award rate, normally 9 hours a day, 6 days a week. 14.01.2022 Hidden Valley Stn has two stationhand positions available to replace two of our team who will be travelling on shortly. Aircon room and private toilet and shower, cooked for on all working days. Duties include general stationhand work plus development work and machine experience for the right applicant, we don't use horses. Wages based on experience however generally above award. 08.01.2022 When you are out bush you need to be able to grow your own food a bit. Home grown food always tastes good. We also have pumpkins and herbs that are grown in the kitchen garden.
