24.01.2022 Tired of getting ripped of by car dealers, hungrily looking for up to 9% commission on your car loans? For those capitalists thinking of seeking finance for a car, look no further than the Hidden Equity boys. We will beat the car yards, or we will eat our treasured hats!!!

24.01.2022 What will the RBA do this time round?

24.01.2022 Here is some 'Finance Food For thought.' Have you ever thought about acquiring a car loan? Over 80% of cars bought are financed- it gives the customer the ability to own a car normally beyond their means at a nominal payment each month- or so it seems Whilst some car dealers have a perceived low interest rate, they also charge substantial administration fees, encumbrance searches, loading fees, comprehensive pre-delivery check fees and valet fees to name a few. They also ...have hefty breakaway fees, if a customer misses a payment or breaks out of the contract. These fees are ones that are not made clear in the initial enquiry and most costumers only realise what they are getting themselves into when they have signed the contract. At Hidden Equity we have access to a range of banks and finance arrangements where our rate for an average car loan of $20,000 can be as low as $422.17 a month. This seems to look like a high amount, but when compared with some car dealers repayments - $528.6, $683.4, $480, $640 to name a few, you can easily see the financial benefit. Another interesting point is the car dealers alleged low interest rate. Upon exploration, if a car dealer is insinuating a 2%-3% finance rate, you are paying ticket price. No negotiations - if that Holden Commodore is $24,999 drive away thats what you will pay. In this ticket price they can and will cleverly disguise their finance rate and the monthly payments on a $20,000 car can be anywhere in the $500-700 range. Thats why it is imperative to have expert negotiation skills when dealing with car yard salesmen, and there is no finer advice than that of a Hidden Equity consultant. Contact Hidden Equity today on 0451 055 046 or email us on [email protected] for advice on how to navigate through the harsh seas of finance - and the opportunity to save hundreds a month on personal loans and car loans. 20.01.2022 interesting stuff......

19.01.2022 golden advice #2 advantages and disadvantages of fixed and variable rates: fixed rate: advantages- consistency in repayments, for the keen budgeter who needs to know future payments for the determined period of time and can plan accordingly... diasadvantages: could miss out on great variable rates Variable rate: Advantages- because of the promotional offers lenders are doing in recent times, there are huge discounts in varaible rates, with talks of it reducing lower than fixed rates. disadvantages: heavily realiant on overseas markets, could easily inflate to any interest rate. you can also split your proeprty into two subdivisions and have 50% variable and 50% fixed, reducing the risk of anything bad happening to the market. for more finance advice and queries email Hidden Equity today and learn more: [email protected]

18.01.2022 Tax Refund. It is expected that over 69% of people who receive their tax return intend to spend it on a holiday, or indulge themselves in new purchases. But what happened to the good old days of reducing down ones debt, or using tax refunds to invest in the future? The BankWest taxing times report has found that 39% of Australians expecting to receive a tax refund will use it to pay down existing debt, supporting their theory of a more conservative approach for Australians.... In a time of an economic downturn, it is perhaps seen to be wise, to reduce ones debt down and take the conservative approach. However, this is not necessary the smartest approach to succeed. It has been proven in the recent economic crisis, that whilst Windows has removed its marketing budget and cut down all of its costs for the last few years to cater for the global recession, it has been startling to see what the late great Steve Jobs was doing. Using his tax returns and profits to invest in millions of marketing campaigns and now apple has grabbed a huge chunk of the technological sector. I recount this story to illustrate the fact that even though times are tough and people are spending less money each year, the flipside to this coin is that property prices and interest rates are dramatically falling. This makes it easier than ever before to buy a house as houses a few years ago boasting $700-800,000 have now fallen by 10-20%. There is a chance now for consumers to take advantage of the drop in market prices, and use their tax returns to save up money for a new property purchase, taking advantage of the property market, or reduce debt on existing property to assist in a refinance, hence taking advantage of todays sharp interest rates. Dont be left behind. Contact Hidden Equity team today on 07 5438 1551 or contact your local Lending specialist directly on 0424 370 219 and arrange a consultation to take advantage on the gloom of todays market.

16.01.2022 Golden Advice #1- The difference between fixed and variable rates- fixed rates are a determined set period of time where outgoing payments are standard on the negoitaited interest rate. Common fixed rates are 1,2,3,5, and even 10 years long. Variable rates are seen to rise and fall with the market and are regulated but not directly affected by the RBA (Reserve Bank of Australia). There are many promotional campaigns set by different banks and building societys that effectiv...ely draw consumers in. Golden advice #2 will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of each and who should choose what!

06.01.2022 Happy New Year!! I think 2014 is going to be an awesome year! Already seeing signs of settlements and peoples optimism.... The key things I see happening this year **1st quarter a dash by people to refinance their existing loans for better solutions, fix their rates, a competitive push by the banks **2nd quarter a keen desire to find out more about how to borrow to buy an investment property, people looking to be lender ready, more interest on what to buy and how do I do it? **3rd quarter growth in property prices which will improve buyer confidence, people with little equity wanting to find out how to buy property in their Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF) **4th quarter concentrated effort by the banks to win more business, smaller players offering attractive solutions and trying to be more competitive than the big 4, people considering the smaller players, social media being the place mid- 20s to early 40s looking to find experts on finance to help them secure their property purchases. 2014 bring it on!! Lets see what happens.
