The ability of bars to operate without serving food not only benefited huge businesses such as Crown Casino, but also allowed small bar owners to set up a plethora of cocktail bars hidden behind laneway dumpsters, through unknown doors and through unmarked dingy corners. 03.01.2022 Our intimate crew from last week!! From Norway all the way to South India, the guests on our tour came from around the world and were super interested in the diversity that Melbourne has to offer. We explored a number of bars that showcased the ever expanding nightlife the city has to offer whilst explaining the history behind why multiculturalism is prominent in Melbourne!
