Shop and Nursery hours are 9:30am - 4:30pm We value your custom and health and wish to assure you that Imperial Gardens Landscape & Hidden Orient staff are following the advice and protocols of the government Health authorities in relation to the recommended precautions for protection and safety against the COVID-19 virus (Coronavirus).... Please do not be offended if our staff do not approach you closely, nor shake hands. We are practicing the recommended physical distancing of at least 1.5m. Staff will not be at work if they are unwell. We continue to sanitize surfaces commonly touched by customers and our usual frequent sanitation of toilet facilities throughout each day. We ask you please, to also practice the government Health recommendations if you wish to visit our shop or nursery, or if our staff visit your property for consultation, work or deliveries. GOOD News! No need to miss out on shopping with us. We are here to help you! If you are unable to come to our store, please take advantage of our remote shopping service. Our helpful staff are happy to assist you via phone or email. We can deliver products or store them at our premises until a suitable time for you to pick up, if that is more convenient.
