21.01.2022 Cosimo, Matt and Giuseppe from Ultra Building Works came to Hifab to learn how to Tig weld on Mild Steel and Aluminium. Some of their welding jobs are outside, so we suggested Gasless wire, the Boys trained on this as well, which they took to easily. Another cracking day at Hifab welding

14.01.2022 You can never be too safe....

13.01.2022 Happy day had by all at Hifab. Jonathon is a Physiotherapist who had done some basic welding before. He wanted to understand in further detail the finer technical aspects of Mig welding Carbon Steel to give him more confidence to tackle more jobs.... After various material thicknesses and welding positions, he was a more informed welder than when he arrived. Hifab also recommended and supplied Jonathon with the appropriate Welding Equipment, Consumable and PPE to suit his application and his budget. Jonathon used his new machine during the training.

13.01.2022 Hifab welding is now proud to be a monthly sponsor in helping to combat the scurge of womens breast cancer.... Please share this if you know anyone who owns their own small business - this is not a large monthly donation, which of course is tax deductable.

11.01.2022 Covering up another bad fit up.... about an 8-10mm gap, think it was 16mm web on beam, bevel on the underside! welded with Lincoln NR233 x 1.6mm. Years of Innnershield welding at Nigg Bay Scotland paid off. For those that aren't into welding the colour of the end of the weld looks pretty cool.

05.01.2022 Another great day at Hifab Welding Training... Peter wanted to learn to Mig weld so he could make basic furniture and small repairs at home. He had never used a Mig welder before. The top weld was when he first arrived..... The bottom weld was after a half-day session at Hifab welding. We supported Peter with his equipment requirements which comes with full ongoing support. If your new to welding or looking to upskill we have trainers with over 30 years welding experience based at our bespoke welding training facilities in Sydney & Perth.
