24.01.2022 Pencil Pines, Golden fagus and The Acropolis looming out of the mist. Another magical morning in the wilderness.

24.01.2022 What a breakfast view. @mareekm trying to warm up on the Acropolis plateau. Looking across Pine Valley to The Parthenon and Walled Mountain.

23.01.2022 @mareekm on track towards The Acropolis just after sunrise.

22.01.2022 Late afternoon light at Waterfall Bluff on the Tasman Peninsula.

20.01.2022 A little cascade on Myrtle Forest Creek, on our way to Collins Cap today.

20.01.2022 Near the summit of The Acropolis looking towards the immense cliffs of Mt Geryon and The Ducane Range.

19.01.2022 Dean Rollins strings together the final few delicate moves on his way to sending Street Fighter (28) at The Star Factory.

19.01.2022 A slushy tarn on Tarn Shelf earlier this year. Hoping for some more snow time this coming weekend!

19.01.2022 Fagus season is in full swing around Tassie currently. Here's a shot from Mt Field on the weekend. The lower altitudes were well on their way but still had a lot of green.

18.01.2022 After teasing everyone with big numbers during our daylight hours yesterday, this huge aurora hung around well into the night with a magnificent show. Taken at Goats Bluff.

15.01.2022 Thanks so much for the great response to my last image. This is one facing nearly 180 degrees and after the sun had tipped over the horizon. @mareekm Watching on as the first light hits the tips of the Souhern Range.

11.01.2022 Stunner of a sunset from Adamsons Peak on the weekend. Looking towards The Calf and beyond into the SW wilderness as the clouds rolled in for the night.

10.01.2022 Bisso going for a warm up burn on Antimatter (23) at The Star Factory, Freycinet. This was my first time at this amazing crag, and I kind of get the hype now. Stunning rock in an even better location. Now if only I could actually climb any of it...

08.01.2022 First proper snow play day for the year! Headed to Mt Field and had a great time trying not to be blown sideways off the track into a tarn. #tasmanianissues

08.01.2022 They're a bit hard to see at this image size, but the tiny specs on the upper left are people on the peak of Geryon North And give you some sense of the scale of these cliffs. So impressive!

07.01.2022 Autumn colours in the snow.

06.01.2022 @mareekm in her snow ninja outfit again at Mt Field. I was pretty excited to get some shots of the fagus turning in the snow.

05.01.2022 @alexmoogii lugging a fine selection of big gear up the classic Frog off-width: Juggernaut (21) this week.

05.01.2022 @mareekm and I spent the Easter long weekend exploring Pine Valley and surrounds in Cradle Mountain, Lake St Clair NP. This was our reward for going up while everyone else was going down due to the poor weather. 30 minutes of this amazing view from Lake Elysia before dawn and before the cloud rolled back in.

03.01.2022 There wasn't a whole lot of Fagus turning around Pine Valley, but there was a nice range of colours on the Acropolis Plateau. This was the best example of reds we saw.

02.01.2022 And another from May 28. This one was taken down at Goat's Beach. I liked how the streaks in the receding waves on the sand mimicked the beams in the aurora above.
