25.01.2022 Our Asana Basics series continues with a discussion about the Bridge: how to build a strong foundation, benefits you might not have known, how to balance the spine, breathing through the movement and how a well-executed bridge will hold you, rather than you straining to hold it. It's a big discussion!

25.01.2022 Sarah, Karen and Kelly talk about the importance of creative fun!

24.01.2022 Great opportunity here to connect deeply in many ways.

23.01.2022 Next year is a little different! Sarah's studio and online classes will be run over five 8-week terms, which means we start a bit earlier on 19 January. Book in now if you haven't already because those two weeks after Christmas go fast!

19.01.2022 One of my favourite things about yoga is it connects you back to your authentic self. We all know about the strength and flexibility that yoga offers, but you don't hear so much about the creativity or mental power it provides. How much better are your ideas when you embrace the expansiveness that yoga brings to the heart and mind? Try it for yourself with one of Sarah's live stream Zoom classes, starting next week: Zoom class 5.30pm Wednesdays Zoom class 9.15am Fridays... Book online and reserve your spot now

19.01.2022 Sarah's been teaching a nature immersion class this term and with spring in the air, we thought it would be an insightful time to talk about nature and play and how too often, adults don't get enough of either. This is a 30 minute talk split into two parts, with the next part being released on Friday 4th September.

18.01.2022 Dru Yoga’s EBR’s, they are amazing

16.01.2022 Wooo! Halloween might or might not be your thing but we're going to have some fun with this one! October 31 lands on a Saturday this year and it's a full moon weekend, so Sarah and Kel are joining their creative forces once again for our raucously fun yoga & creative writing combo. Come and enjoy flowing yoga, creative story writing and general silliness with a ghostly theme Oh, gluten free, vegetarian afternoon tea is included too! Early ghost registration is open now, via the website.

16.01.2022 Kel dives into some basic cell biology and comes up with this analogy: we yoga practitioners fold like proteins! It certainly made for an interesting discussion about how to approach your yoga practice. Apologies about the audio quality, we very nearly didn't have a recording this week, and we've salvaged what we could. Hope you enjoy it anyway :)

12.01.2022 Podcast time :) We continue our chat where we left off last week - because it was all recorded at the same time of course - discussing nature and play. Kel imagines there are dragons in the bath and Sarah laments about Fitbits! (Is that how you spell it? You can probably tell neither of us have one)

10.01.2022 #quoteoftheweek Two for one with quotes today! Enjoy the spring vibes with another Nannup tulip

09.01.2022 Spring is in the very air! This morning, Sarah and the class watched new lambs at play, felt the softness of the paperbark trees under their fingertips, and took in all the colours of the estuary waters with sensory awareness. If the spring air is enticing you, we're opening the Elements series (yoga and walking in nature) up for 'spring intake'. Join Sarah for the last three weeks and see how this course transforms your creativity, relaxation and connection to nature and self. Book online and be prepared to let your senses play! (To book online, follow the link, click the Book Now button to the right, and scroll down to see the Series options)
