18.01.2022 **Opening on the 18th of November *** We are a small Melbourne business founded on our love of Japanese whisky. Our journey started at an outdoor pub about decade ago with a group of friends in Melbourne city. Little did we know, their drink recommendation of Laphroaig with just one ice cube would help foster an interest in the world of whisky. Years later that interest became a passion, a desire, when we were gifted an exceptional bottle of whisky. The Hibiki 12 Year Old. ...From the first sip of that dram, we wanted to try every type of Japanese whisky that we could get our hands on. We understand how difficult and expensive it can be for an individual to taste various drams without having to commit to a full bottle. Our 30mL bottles will give you an insight of the whisky’s profile and help you make an informed decision before purchasing a whole bottle at your local Bottle-O or online. Even though we have a bit of a soft spot for Japanese whisky, we do love to explore drams from around the world. Follow us on this journey and share in our passion. As the business grows, so will our collection. We want to be your local whisky bar online.
