24.01.2022 Don't ever forget that you can choose to love people from a distance. Sometimes they are so trapped and stuck in a cycle that no matter what you try to do or h...ow many chances you give them they continue to hurt you. Take a step back. Put up a healthy boundary. Let go of all of the anger and resentment and wish them the best. You have to learn how to take care of yourself. You're not meant to be a martyr. Part of our journey is learning that compassion must include offering it to ourselves as much as we give it to others. Remember that. See more

15.01.2022 Sunday the 21st of June is one Astrologically Epic day!! The Cancer New Moon & Annular Solar Eclipse occur as well as Winter Solstice and the shifting of Sun ...Signs all whilst 5 planets (Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Saturn & Pluto) are currently Retrograding Long Post - Read on the blog here if you wish http://chrysalisheart.com.au/astrol/new-moon-solar-eclipse/ The Cancer New Moon Solar Eclipse falls at 00 degree Cancer and will open the ring of fire across our Star The Sun. Although the energy of all these celestial events peak on the 21st the building has been coming for a while and will continue for quite a while afterwards as well. Regions seeing, at least, a partial eclipse will be South/East Europe, Much of Asia, North in Australia, Much of Africa, Pacific & Indian Ocean. To check the time and visibility in your area follow this link. https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/solar/2020-june-21 This Cancerian New Moon Solar Eclipse is the most powerful of the year. This is because it falls just moments after the Solstice at zero degrees of Cancer. Zero degrees of any zodiac sign is powerful as it represents the field of infinite possibilities, but zero degrees of Cancer also happens to be the Global Axis, a highly charged point in the cosmic skies. Having a New Moon Solar Eclipse on the Global Axis indicates an opening of a new timeline, a new world, and a new dimension of being. It represents a point in our history, but also in our hearts, where a new world has dawned. This is powerful energy that doesn’t just come and go on the day of this Eclipse. We feel it building before and, we feel it building for a long time after. In fact, the steps and choices we make around this Eclipse have the potential to last for many years to come. The Cancer Solar Eclipse is an Annular Eclipse, which means that the Moon’s shadow will cover the center of the Sun, leaving a brilliant ring of fire. This ring of fire is a symbol of creation but also destruction. The dark shadow of the Moon represents the pains and struggles of the past but also a womb of infinite potential that is waiting to birth a new creation. The ring of fire represents the fuel that is needed to birth this creation, but also the release that has to take place for this new creation be born. Within all of us is this dark void, this blank slate of creation that is waiting to give rise to something new. It’s brilliant and exciting But first, we must shed like the snake. We must shed the old skin of our lives as well as the things & beliefs that no longer serve our higher purpose on our individual journeys. There is no coincidence that this powerful Solstice Solar Eclipse comes right in the middle of two challenging Lunar Eclipses- the June 5th Sagittarius Eclipse and the July 4th Capricorn Eclipse. Transformation and change is well underway. We are simultaneously being shown what is possible and what is standing in our way. Destruction may come, but as always, a rebirth will follow. The Phoenix that rising from the ashes. Cancer is the ruling sign of the Moon, where the Moon feels more at home. The Moon is connected to creative, nurturing, intuitive energy, and perhaps this is where we need to focus our attention in our own lives. The Solstice and Cancerian energy that opens just before also adds to the heightened sensitivity of this Eclipse. We may feel more intuitive and connected during this time or we may be drawn to think about our feelings of safety, security, and comfort. Cancer energy is all about feeling at home within the self and learning to move through life connected to love and compassion. We all deserve to feel at home inside ourselves but also on this planet too. We all belong here, we all belong on this beautiful alive planet that is floating through the expansive, endless sky. The main planetary influence on the Solar Eclipse comes from the planet Saturn, causing an imbalance between personal freedom and responsibility, between self-expression and restriction. The New Moon Solar Eclipse joins a Star that gives initiative and enthusiasm, but also a tendency toward pleasure-seeking, impulsiveness, and recklessness. So, this is an Eclipse phase for a patient, cautious and responsible attitude. But flexibility and open-mindedness are also needed as we all adapt to changes in the level of restrictions we have been under. The Solar Eclipse aspect to Saturn creates an imbalance between what we want to do and what we have to do. Our freedom or self-expression may be hampered by certain restrictions and obligations. The mix of freedom versus restriction is likely to change during this Eclipse phase. So, it is important to be flexible, adaptable, and open-minded as we adjust to greater or fewer responsibilities or barriers to progress. Hard work, patience, self-restraint, and self-discipline are also needed. With the Saturn energy connected to the Eclipse, we may find ourselves having to take the time off work because of an illness or to look after a sick family member. As a result, the return to our careers could suffer from the aspect of the Moon to Saturn’s energy. On the other hand, extra responsibilities may be placed on us at work that means we could potentially miss out on something important in our personal lives. Feeling constantly torn between competing responsibilities can also lead to increasing tension. In extreme cases, it may all seem like too much to bear, or overwork could lead to physical exhaustion or illness. Trying to find a compromise is difficult but even just a few minor adjustments may restore our balance. We need to avoid wasting valuable time by procrastinating. Just taking one thing at a time and focus on our most important responsibilities first. It feels like big shifts are coming our way as we wrap up the potential of the old world and head into a new one, but we are ready, oh so ready!! We have been preparing for this, and now the time has come. On this new journey that is slowly unfolding, we all trust that more people will begin to awaken and tap into abilities they never knew they had. The discovery of these abilities will help to shift and change how we approach things as a society. So, as we feel this potent Solar Eclipse brewing, be sure to allow yourself to give yourself love. Be sure to give others love. Recognize the healing that comes when you lead with love, not just for yourself but for others too. Much love and Blessings xo

08.01.2022 In a time of global crisis where people are forced to live in isolation and separation, where fear has gripped many people and weaken their immune systems, I ha...d the thought: It is impossible to quarantine love. And what is love? It’s the intangible, ineffable, non-local, transcendent engine of connection that bridges our humanity with our divinity. So with the idea of spreading and amplifying the frequency of love around the world, we created the GOLOV-20 campaign. Research performed at our workshops shows that when we feel elevated emotions like love and gratitude, by sustaining such an elevated state for 15-20 minutes day, we release chemicals in our immune system called antibodies. Antibodies are chemical proteins in our blood that fight foreign invaders such as bacteria and viruses. What we proved was that love cannot be quarantined and that love transcends space and time. Its power can change lives, alter timelines, mend families and relationships, and create healing. It can also transmute the past, and when you heal the past, you are free to create a new future. 05.01.2022 Oh my the beauty

04.01.2022 Today, July 20th we have a New Moon falling in the feminine and watery sign of Cancer. We also have quite a potent 5 planet conjunction that is in line with t...he New Moon, consisting of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Whilst this conjunction happens every 19.6 years, this time all 5 planets are going to align in their closest distances to Earth since 1623. If you get outside pre-dawn you can see most of these planets with the naked eye. It’s worth the chill. The biggest theme around the New Moon is trusting, letting go and surrendering that the universe will set us on the right path for our highest good. Saturn is very active on this New Moon. Saturn is currently retrograde and has made its way back into the sign of Capricorn. There is a harsh restrictive vibe around the Cancerian New Moon as Saturn will be directly opposite the Moon brining in this restrictive feeling. While Saturn can hold us down and back, its presence can also help us to get grounded and to think about what we can do to take responsibility for our lives. If we find ourselves feeling restless, we can channel this energy by grounding ourselves and become one with the present moment. A great way to do this is to connect with nature. Walk barefoot on the grass, feel the earth with our hands, connect with the trees, forest, the ocean, whatever is our favourite place in nature to be. These simple acts allow us to connect with the electromagnetic field of the Earth, which brings us back into balance, into the here and now and into our bodies. The New Moon may not only bring up feelings of being restricted but may make us look at how we are being held back by our own beliefs, habits, or routines. Very often, we are the ones that are in our own way. Very often, it is a little habit, a fear, or a voice of doubt that keeps us playing small and in a limited mindset and state of being. With the New Moon, it asks us not to set goals, but rather to focus on aligning ourselves. When we align with our highest truth, our highest self, and our highest power, we need not worry about what unfolds next. When we are in this state of Divine alignment, we trust that whatever is meant to find us will find us, and the next perfect step will always be revealed to us. When we live life from this place of surrender, rather than trying to control, we can tune in and connect with our own guiding star, with our own true north, and even when we feel lost, we can hold this sense of hope in our heart that all is well and all is as it should be. Living from this place of surrender and trust requires us to shed the ego, it requires us to let go of a lot of societal conditioning, and to recognise there is a different and better way. All of us have experienced great change this year, and change can always be challenging and even upsetting. But this is our life. And we have to find a way to make it work for us. We have to take the mess, the chaos, the pain, and find a way to make it work for us. The Cancer New Moon reminds us that this process is not about struggling or hard work. Instead, it is about aligning. It is about putting our hands up and surrendering to the Divine that lives inside all of us. Even though we have this incredible strength residing within, we need not go at it alone. Cancer energy is a great time to connect with those that we love and to create a sense of family around us. Creating a sense of family is not just about our blood relatives. We can create it with our friends and our pets. We can create with our surroundings, with nature, our gardens and plants. Under the dark night of the Cancer New Moon, it is a good opportunity to set intentions for our homes and our family life and what it is that we desire in these areas. It is also a good time to think about creating a more peaceful and soothing environment. All of us are spending much more time at home these days, so it is a good thing to put some attention into filling our space with positive energy and things that make us feel peaceful and happy. Overall, the Cancer New Moon helps us to start a new cycle. While we may feel a little restless and in need of grounding at first, eventually we will start feeling more at peace with our surroundings and more at home within ourselves. The Cancerian New Moon is urging us to begin a new cycle, one that flows from not struggling and trusting the process. Saturn opposite the Moon adds a seriousness, melancholy restrictive vibe which can challenge us and make us feel frustrated, pessimistic, and held back. The best way to deal with such a repressive influence is to work along with patience. There is a connection with the fixed star Procyon and the New Moon, this can make us feel restless, hasty, and argumentative. And this impulsive and aggressive influence is amplified by Mercury who is square to Mars. So, summing up, the Cancer New Moon asks us to focus on the basics. To tackle one thing at a time and start with the most important task first. She asks us to be patient, to avoid taking unnecessary risks, and not to react to aggravation. La Lunar seeks for us to look at family and home, to create soothing spaces, to ground ourselves and trust. Love and Blessings

01.01.2022 Telling the bees... There was a time when almost every rural British family who kept bees followed a strange tradition. Whenever there was a death in the fami...ly, someone had to go out to the hives and tell the bees of the terrible loss that had befallen the family. Failing to do so often resulted in further losses such as the bees leaving the hive, or not producing enough honey or even dying. Traditionally, the bees were kept abreast of not only deaths but all important family matters including births, marriages, and long absence due to journeys. If the bees were not told, all sorts of calamities were thought to happen. This peculiar custom is known as telling the bees. The practice of telling the bees may have its origins in Celtic mythology that held that bees were the link between our world and the spirit world. So if you had any message that you wished to pass to someone who was dead, all you had to do was tell the bees and they would pass along the message. The typical way to tell the bees was for the head of the household, or goodwife of the house to go out to the hives, knock gently to get the attention of the bees, and then softly murmur in a doleful tune the solemn news. Little rhymes developed over the centuries specific to a particular region. In Nottinghamshire, the wife of the dead was heard singing quietly in front of the hive, The master's dead, but don't you go; Your mistress will be a good mistress to you. In Germany, a similar couplet was heard, Little bee, our lord is dead; Leave me not in my distress. But the relationship between bees and humans goes beyond superstition. It’s a fact, that bees help humans survive. 70 of the top 100 crop species that feed 90% of the human population rely on bees for pollination. Without them, these plants would cease to exist and with it all animals that eat those plants. This can have a cascading effect that would ripple catastrophically up the food chain. Losing a beehive is much worse than losing a supply of honey. The consequences are life threatening. The act of telling the bees emphasizes this deep connection humans share with the insect. ~ Excerpt from https://www.amusingplanet.com/.../the-adorable-custom-of...
