20.01.2022 Found this month old article, after a very interesting conversation about pop-up venues, extending liquor licenses & council permissions for temporary venues, the role of regulation, licensing & permissions to support & increase patronage in the CBD & what the impact is on existing permanent hotels/pubs/venues/cafes/restaurants which go through a more stringent process of compliance & regulation. i would love to get your thoughts on this!
