What does the recent tightening of restrictions mean for you?... The loosening of restrictions meant hope for some, with a return to some normality. The re-connection with people and work meant life was starting again after being very restricted. Does the new restrictions mean hope is gone? No.... It's just delayed a little longer. It doesn't mean it's time to give up - it's just a staggered start and we may go through a few more of them before we get back to the life we knew. 14.01.2022 Food for thought from @anxiety_wellbeing There ARE warning signs BEFORE THESE SYMPTOMS WHY? What can you do? It IS completely NORMAL after all this global shock to be exhausted.... . ANXIETY & PANIC Does seem to just happen, I know it happened to me & I hadn't a clue! . NOW I KNOW That my body had been trying to subtly trying to tell me, this cannot go on & I was ignoring it in the stress & drama of the life I was choosing before. . WARNING SIGNS Thoughts going around in circles no end. Seemingly not able to take my self away from my thoughts. Feeling run down Using far too much caffeine to GET BY Adrenalin in my day but able to handle it. Extremely tense . BASICALLY I WAS aware of the level of stress I was under but choosing to tell myself 'Its Ok' or just plain ignoring it focused on the stress in my life & trying to control the uncontrolable. . AWARENESS It happened I was not aware & living a cliche life. Like I'm fine Put the kettle on that 'll solve it You're sensitive Keep calm & carry on There's nothing you can do It will get better (with hope but no action) . The awareness was forced upon me with a panic attack & I thought it was my enemy. No. It was an alarm going off because this WAS an emergency. . feeling like you're not ok. YOUare stressed The tension is crazy You'll get sick, what is this doing to you? You have to listen to thrive because we are just surviving daily. . WHAT CAN YOU DO?
