16.01.2022 Hey guys! So our latest batch has been analysed within the laboratory at Modern Olives Lara. The results are impressive! Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil has received great feedback! "This Extra Virgin Olive Oil has characteristics such as green grass and mint. It also contains hints of figs and ripe banana as well as undertones of walnuts and spices resembling a chai tea. With a delicate bitterness and pungency in the mouth it is a fragrant mild style oil"... Be sure to get your hands on some of this delicious oil! :)

06.01.2022 Highland Olives, aka 'The Cornells', have had a busy week! We have hand picked individual trees and the result is fantastic! 1.5 TONNES OF OLIVES! These were pressed immediately ... we now have over 300 litres of Extra Virgin Olive Oil goodness :)
