He plays the drums and has shared his talents in our youth band, and the music teams at our Middle Ridge, Highfields and Dalby campuses. He's also a fantastic train driver and has safely taken our kids down to kids church on the train (so much fun! ). Shem's a doer - always happy and putting his hand up to help wherever he can! So what DOES God say about generosity? It's about growth: God uses your generosity to not only bless and grow others, but to bless and grow you too! ... It's freely given: God generously gives to us more then we could ask or deserve because He loves us! In the same vein, when we give it should be freely given without bitterness or regret. He loves a joyful giver! It's joyful: Giving shouldn't feel like a drag. It should be a moment of faith and joy, putting your trust fully in God and letting go of your own doubt and worries! Murray is a good friend of our Lead Pastor, Ken, and has been ministering at Humeridge Church of Christ here in Toowoomba the last couple of years. Murray is married to Caz and they have two daughters.
