15.01.2022 Hi Everyone, not really sure what to say here tonight. Last night Maz and I sat watching our PM expel the words " Every Pub , Club and Licensed venue will no longer be able to trade after midday tomorrow (Today 23rd March 2020). We listened to the words but could not comprehend their full meaning. Those of you that know us will know how hard we have worked to get this hotel and bistro where it was yesterday, we could not have done it without the support of all of you and the ...local community. Today we had to lay off staff and it was a very surreal feeling to see the hotel and bistro completely empty all day and into the night, who would have thought that a hotel that has operated continuously every day for almost the last 100 years and today not a single drink poured. Our thoughts are with everyone directly and indirectly affected by this pandemic. We want to take this opportunity to THANK ALL OF YOU who have supported us thus far! We want to thank our staff! You have all been legendary! Our Chef Dom for plating up some of the best dishes in the Highlands!! Moving forward we will get through this , we all will. As soon as we can open our doors in the hotel and bistro again we will and we will welcome you all back. Fortunately for now we are able to keep our bottle shop open and we ask that you all support us where ever possible. We are open 7 days till late and You will see Maz and i in there everyday.
