We are pleased to now be offering bulk-billed psychological services in the Southern Highlands to those who have a mental health plan from their GP. 05.01.2022 Before saying something to anyone else, especially children or loved ones, or thinking it to ourselves, let's begin asking: 1. Is it True? - is what I'm about to say really true? Am I sure? Could it be false or gossip or just untrue? 2. Is it Kind? - is what I'm about to say in the spirit of kindness, support and encouragement? Is it designed to build rather than dismantle, grow rather than discourage?... 3. Is it Necessary? - do I need to say this right not? Am I saying it for the other persons benefit or mine? Can it be left unsaid? If the answer is "no" to any of the above, consider not saying it to the other person or thinking it about yourself.
